Cheese and Ham Omelette by Nestlé

Eating healthy food doesn’t at all mean trading off with tasty foods. That’s one thing to note about fitness and health. We’ll prove that to you today. Check out Nestlé‘s recipe below and have an enjoyable mealtime and an energy-filled workout. Have fun!

What you need

2 eggs beaten

30g low fat cream cheese with garlic and herb

1 slice lean turkey ham, chopped

Freshly ground black pepper

Small baked potato

Fresh green salad with 1 sliced tomato

How to do it

  1. Lightly rub the inside of a non-stick frying pan with a little oil and then heat.
  2. Mix the cream cheese into the eggs and season well
  3. Pour into the hot pan and draw up the edges of the omelette to the centre of the pan until the egg has cooked through
  4. Sprinkle on the turkey ham, and then fold in half.
  5. Serve with a large salad with tomatoes and a baked or boiled potato.

Voilà! You’re done and ready to fill your body with your much needed workout energy for your daily fitness lifestyle routine.
